The GO
Fitness Project is a new initiative brought to you from
the mind of I Can Do Fitness founder, Stacey
Capers. In 2008, I Can Do Fitness (ICDF)
started toward its vision of helping ordinary
people do extraordinary things. Through
fitness coaching and nutrition consultation, ICDF
has touched people throughout the metropolitan
Washington, DC area. The GO Fitness Project
will build on this vision, offering and supporting a
variety of outreach programs to promote active,
healthy lifestyles. Get up and GO with us:
CHALLENGES

The GOFitness Project is proud to host the Mission: Possible – 10-Week Challenge! Over the next ten weeks (through mid-January 2012), we will be supplying plenty of information and motivation to our community of friends, fans, and partners who are up to this personal weight-loss challenge.
Throughout this challenge, we are fortunate to be working with our partners at
dotFit. dotFit® is a cutting edge, online personalized fitness and nutrition program that puts you in control of your weight
management program with the click of a mouse. I have been using the program for about a week so I am excited to tell you more about the program and some of their other products.
The prize: Your own personal achievement! But, we’ll also throw in a few incentives along the way like

goodies from our favorite places…just in time for the holidays!
