Programs & Classes

I Can Do Fitness is your source for customizable fitness and nutrition programs. We have a personalized approach to help you tailor your program to reach your goals and achieve maximum results.

All of our programs are very affordable and include an initial nutrition and fitness evaluations. Nutrition advice and resources are also available. Our clients receive UNLIMITED email support and follow-on assessments to ensure that they stay on track.

PROGRAMS

FIT 4 Good!
FIT 4 Good is our program to help individuals jumpstart their healthy lifestyles. Maximize your results by combining our nutrition advice and exercise programming to develop a program that will work for you.

We offer 30-, 60-, and 90-Day programs to help you customize a plan to reach your goals. It does not matter if you have 10 pounds or 100 pounds to lose; we can help!

Group FIT Programs
Do you and a group of friends want to team up for a weight loss challenge? Perhaps your church, social club, or PTA wants to form a fitness group that will keep each of you motivated to reach your goals? Our FIT 4 Good program can be customized for small groups.


Corporate FIT Programs
Wellness programs are proven to improve employee morale, reduce absenteeism, and provide cost-savings to employers through a reduction in medical insurance claims. Let us help you design a group fit program that will keep employees motivated.

Virtual Client Programs
If you live outside of the metro DC area, our Virtual Client Program might be your perfect solution. We will work with you in a virtual environment to provide you same personalized fitness and nutrition advice we provide to our on-site clients. We will also put you in touch with our network of experts in your local area (as is available) to assist you with your program.

FITNESS CLASSES

Are you looking for some variety in your exercise program? Are you ready to push your workouts to the next level? Or, are you new to exercising and looking for a fun way to get started? Try attending our fitness classes! 

We offer evening and weekend fitness classes to accommodate the busiest of schedules. Our classes are challenging, yet designed to let you work at your own fitness level.

We are currently offering classes in the Gainesville/Haymarket area.  Meet-ups for classes  will be at one of the following locations Anytime Fitness - Gainesville at Hwy 29 & James Madison Hwy (US 15).
